Experimenting with My Baguette Formula for Best Bread Ever Revision

I’m testing new recipes for the revised Best Bread Ever. This is my second test making the baguettes at home in my Viking oven.  The baking stone I am currently using was given to me by the oven manufacturer Woodstone a few years ago to test.  I am very pleased with the results.
